Purpose & philosophy

We invest with a multi-decade mindset. For land, that means selectively acquiring farms and land banks on the urban boundary that have a credible path to rezoning over the next 20–50 years. For businesses, we back mid-tier New Zealand companies with durable cashflows, straightforward models and strong reputations. In agriculture, we steward productive assets with a focus on animal welfare and sustainable land use.

Disciplined underwriting and downside protection.
Partnership with world-class operators and vendors.
Hands-on, relationship-led ownership with a long-term view.
